trying to download total security 2019 trial to Mac it says....

Safari can’t open the file “bitdefender_tsecurity.exe” because no available application can open it what do I download to fix it

Well that's the installer for the Windows product. Please try the trial for Antivirus for Mac from this page:
https://www.bitdefender.com/Downloads/
Note that Antivirus for Mac is the only product that is compatible with Mac OS, Bitdefender Total Security is simply a bundle that allows you to install this particular product on your Mac, in addition to Bitdefender Total Security for Windows and Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android.
