I use Thunderbird. Recently I got a notice that said that BitDefender wanted to make a change when I opened Thunderbird. I allowed it and now no attachments can be opened. How can I rectify this please?

    Hello Steven,


    Please make sure that Thunderbird is set to Allow under Application Access from Safe Files module. If it is already set to allow, please check if you notice any changes if you disable Safe Files module. Let us know the results.
