Safe Files
After installing Bitdefender 2020 Total Security, the Safe Files icon is blue with a check mark. But when I select "Protected Folders' and 'Protect More Folders' there are no boxes checked for any directory. Is this normal? Are files in my Documents folder being protected?

By default, , the folders Pictures, Videos, Documents, and Music are protected against threat attacks by Safe Files. Personal data stored in online file hosting services
such as Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive are also included to the protection environment, provided that their apps are installed on the system.
You should be able to see these folders under Protected Folders. Can you please send a screenshot of what is displayed under Protected Folders?
