Bitdefender Box blocking Apple App Store
As above, the Bitdefender Box 2 is blocking my Macbook App Store. When I go outside the Box network, the app store connects without issue. I have no alerts indicating that the site was blocked so I cannot create an exception. How can this be fixed. Message in the App Store is "Cannot Connect To The App Store"

Since, support related to bitdefender BOX is very limited on the forum, it is always advised to contact the bitdefender BOX support directly through https://www.bitdefender.com/box/support/
You can either fill up the online forum or have a direct chat with the bitdefender BOX support representative.

Hi, have you checked the Bitdefender Box app for messages? When the Box has blocked websites it normally creates a message in the app or on Bitdefender Central. Here you can add blocked websites to the exception list.
