Immunize a bootable USB?!

Hello,  I want to create a bootable USB drive, to install Windows 10 on a wiped PC ( harddrive wiped, no bootmananger). If I immunize this USB drive with Bitdefender, would it still be able to boot my pc by itself and start the Windows 10  installation process  automatically? I have not found a single answer to my question yet, so thanks for reading.

    Yes, you should be able to install Windows 10 if you immunize the USB with Bitdefender.
