Internet Security 2020

Does anyone know what causes this Bitdefender message:

"This task is already running in session"

It's only started happening recently.

Also, I can't use the inbuilt support ticket creation as when you send it you get a "gathering information" popup which sticks on 0% (I left it for a couple of hours).

Can you please provide me with a screenshot of the error while it's on your screen?

Also, could you list your computer's specifications and let me know if there are any other security solutions installed on the device?

Thanks for the reply. No other security software. Using BitDefender for everything.

It's a Windows 10 Pro 64 bit system. MSI X99A Godlike MB. Intel i7 6950X. 128GB RAM. 2 x Samsung NVMe Evo Plus. nVidia GeForce GTX 1080
