Bait and switch pricing
One thing that I noticed is their bait and switch discounting. Unless you pay close attention and call them on it you will not get the discount they advertise. It will always be a few $$ more in cost then promised. They will make up some excuse when you discover the practice on why it is not as advertised, Last year it was "Exchange Rates" this year it is "Must be browser or cookies". So if they are cheating me at checkout how can I trust them on my devices?
