How is Fraud Protection different from Phishing Protection ( Protection > Online Threat Prevention > Web Protection) in Bitdefender Total Security?
Is there a way to know or test that they're working as it should? Are there test URLs you can use to verify these two features work? Are there notifications/alerts?

Basically a Phishing attempt means that the website will try to replicate another legitimate website/entity in order to gain your account credentials or credit card number.
A Fraud attempt will prompt you to make purchases for various products/services without actually providing the aforementioned product/service.
Notifications will be prompted for both type of webpages. Also, usually, the kind of tools used to test a computer against a phishing/fraud attack are usually commercialized to companies, thus, I do not have a recommendation on this matter.0
