Will somebody please tell me how to disable terminal commands from Antivirus?

Or I simply will have to uninstall this. As a professional programmer, I issue terminal commands all the time, and if I have to answer the question about "allow access for 5 minutes" one more time, I'm going to set my computer on fire! :)
