Bitdefender Internet Security 2020 not automatically updating

Despite being set to automatically update once an hour, one PC in my licence has not received a definitions update since Aug 7th and the update now button shows on the main dashboard. Despite doing an update from this button and getting 10 100% OK, the notifications still does not register the update. This is my current About screen:-

Another PC doesn't have a problem.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I use BD Total Security, but from what I can see from your screenshots, your BD Internet Security is up-to-date. Product updates are the infrequent ones that install new program versions/updates. What is being checked for updates hourly is the Threat Database and your Threat Database is current as of today.

My 2020 Bitdefender Total Security is set to auto update and is grayed out but I keep getting a popup frequently to update. I can't get that popup to stop coming up. How do I stop that from happening?

Try uninstalling/re-installing as I did.
