Cannot see any other PC's on my network

I have 10 devices using Total Security 2020. All PC's are Windows 10 (MOST are PRO, some are Home). On a majority of the devices, I cannot see any other device on my network. On this primary desktop PC I can only see this PC. On one PC I can see some PC's but not all PC's. I need help please in checking my Firewall settings or any other setting that would affect this situation.

From what I could find using Google, there were no specific suggestions for me using Bitdefender Total Security 2020 --- most suggestions were for BTS 2018.
