Bitdefender Free AV - SSL inspection

Hi I emailed a ticket to Bitdefender, but referred me to this forum.

I'm looking to disable SSL inspection in Bitdefender Free. I know there is no option to remove it in the menu, so is it OK to disable the Bitdefender Root Certificate in Windows Trusted Root Certification Authorities?

You Should Be able to Disable it by Going To Protection>Online Threat Prevention>Settings>Encrypted web Scan(Disable)

The options that you mentioned do not seem to be available in the Bitdefender Free version.

Anybody else/Thor got any thoughts on my original question?

I uninstalled BD free bcs of this problem. Marks clean sites as malware
