3 Trojans and I get an error message from Bitdefender?!

Bitdefender says I have 3 trojans on my PC and at the same time it is giving me an error message. This is not making me feel very "defended". On top of that is seems very difficult to communicate with BitDefender Support? I am new to BD having used Nortons for 10 years.

  1. Can anyone tell me what to do about these trojan/error message?
  2. Can anyone give me advice about breaking thru the communication barrier with BD support?
