So I purchase BD for Mac 2 days ago from BD website. I got a confirmation email that purchase went through but no activation code was provided. Is this normal? I email their support 24 hours ago and I still did not receive response.

This is very disappointing. I purchased BD December 1st, today it's December 4th and still no response from BD support and no activation code.
Ok finally got my code after 4 days. Should have been really automatic. But I’m happy that issue got resolved in the end.
Hello, I have bought EMS today, after a trial version was expired. When I use an activation key in EMS app it says "Activation code already used". What do I do wrong? Thanks.

Kindly drop a mail to bitdefender support at bitsy@bitdefender.com & they will reply back asap. The support basically replies back in maximum of 72 hours excluding saturday & sunday in most cases.

Kindly check the issue internally. User's have still not recieved their activation code and support is not responsive.
