Remotely control features on installed devices


One of my installations was on my (pensioner) aunt's PC in the other side of the country.

This installations seems to be giving her a lot of trouble due to the VPN feature.

Is there a way for me to set things up so that I can remotely active/deactivate features via the "central" web interface?

Also, why does the VPN feature that I've turned off, turned itself on again?

I turned it off because it doesn't work for them, and they don't need it, and so I want it to stay off because it breaks their internet connection.
