cannot write anything using safepay !

hello my first post here

anyone else have the problems I'm having

using safe pay for all my online activities

BUT for many months unable to input text when i search

for example when I'm in amazon i cannot put any text into the search bar

i now have to use the floating keyboard this is a real pain

why so long in sorting out this problem !!!!
