1.19.21 Anyone report Red Circle on Box

Hello,

I have scammers and hackers downstairs this Box Security was my last hope! It’s been working up until today after they brute forced my router on Saturday I used for extra ports, so I just added two unmanageable ports but they were still able to DOS me and interrupt my signal today.

This happened at 1:50 pm today and when I attempted to login to the Bitdefender website it wasn’t available. Two questions was the Bitdefender box or server offline today between 1:50 pm - 2:00 pm EST?

Has anyone else have an issue with their box today 1.19.21 during that time???
