digital footprint....how to delete

I am new to Bitdefender and quite frankly I'm really nervous after installing this to see everything it told me. I have things on the digital footprint that it says to "change password" or "two-step authen" but there is no company to log into. These companies after researching it stole my email about 3-4yrs ago. There is no where to log in to. What am I supposed to do?
