BitDefender Detects possible false positive suspicion

for some reason bitdefender recently has been detecting .tmp files for being suspicious I don't know if these are false positives or they are maybe another program creating these files and trying to get my information I don't know much about personal security all I know is that bitdefender is a trusted antivirus so I hope that I can get some answers from you guys. It is also detecting Spotify and Fortnite for being viruses? I dont know why this is happening maybe something is injecting itself into my programs for some reason? I really have no idea whats going on here
