Bitdefender Home Network Helper Process - 12GB RAM utilization

today, I felt my Windows 10 system sluggish, it's not responding to any of my activities. In taskmanager I found that Bitdefender Home network Helper Process is using nearly 12GB of RAM.
What is this process. How do i get logs or utilization dump of this process.
