New Subscription this is so confusing

if i new its going to be such pain activating this product, i wouldn't buy it.

issues:

  1. is keep asking for activations even tho i have provided multiple times i have active subscription, (i have purchased 3 devices and 2 ios devices plan).
  2. i have purchased paid subscription, but in the portal its still showing i am using a free one(1outof25, meanwhile i bought 5 lic)
  3. Under profile portal after activating few devices or proving active account subscriptions my 2 IOS device, its still shows/listed as not protected LOL!! it looks like there is a big disconnect, somewhere between lic, agents, and user profile portal. i find very annoying when you pay for the product things didn't work...
  4. last point is not clear how and where to get support ...
