right click file scan not working

HI everyone,
any body experiencing right click file scan now not working, bitdefender (BD) total security, right click a file or folder, bitdefender menu is there, but clicking file scan do nothing. before it will pop a window with the scanning animation..
2nd: bitdefender icon is not on tray bar also
bitdefender total security build: 25.0.26.89
os ver: w10 pro ver:20H2
want to add also that i have malwarebytes installed and i dont have this issue before. Had uninstalled malwarebytes, then re installed BD, re installed again malwarebytes and put BD folders to allow list on malwarebytes, like wise malwarebytes folder on allow list on BD. still same issue, right click file scan not working and BD icon missing on tray bar.
hope there is a workaround by now...

    I have both Malwarebytes and BD Total Security on my two computers, with exceptions set as recommended. Right click BD File Scan works fine for me. You can add BD to task bar via Windows Settings, Personalization, Taskbar, under Notifications, click on "Select which icons appear on the taskbar".

    I have had no problem since 2104 running BD and MBAM Premium together. Make sure also that you unclick, in MBAM settings, Security, Windows Security Center, "Always Register Malwarebytes in the Windows Security Center."
