Hello Mike,
I have noticed the previous BOX subscription has ended.
We have disabled the connection to the BOX network for your devices and they will be automatically allocated to your new Total Security subscription valid until 2023/12/09.
The device allocation process has started and the changes will be reflected in your Central account shortly.
