How do i remove Windows 11 search connector spyware.

I've just reset my new laptop that I got 2mths month ago, for the 23rd time today and I still can't get rid of some things like windows search connector, that enables ole fat wallet to browse everything i search. Is there a manual way to completely remove this? because when I delete the folder, it just comes right back when I open my files.
