Notification related to OUTLOOK.exe

Hi there,

One of my users keep getting the error below every few minutes and the notifications won't go away after we tried toggling off the notifications in the settings. The notification states that the computer is safe and no action required; yet, it keeps popping up every minute. No emails in Junk or Spam folder. Any idea what is causing this error?
