How do I find out if BD is causing me to be signed out of a website (OLG.ca)
When I play on OLG.ca (Ontario Lottery & Gaming online casino website), I sign into the website. When I play a game, it launches into a new window. After playing for a while, I exit the game, the pop-up window closes, and I find that I have been signed out of the main website.
How do I find out/correct this issue if caused by BD? I already have it added olg.ca as an online threat protection exception.
When I had other AV software installed on my computer, I did not have this issue.

I would recommend to disable the modules in Bitdefender one by one, to see if they could be causing this to happen. You can follow the steps described in the article below:
If the root cause cannot be identified this way, you can also uninstall and re-install the product to correct this.
