bestfaustcaptcha
I use Bitdefender but still got hit with bestfaustcaptcha.top
It constantly says I have been infected with 5 viruses. I have disabled notifications for it, but it still resides on my computer. I have run all the system scans and they come back clean.
What can I do?

Just discovered the same issue ... grateful for help on how to get rid of bestfaustcaptcha

I googled how to stop bestfaustcaptcha and it explained how to go into settings and turn off notifications.
But it still resides on my system. I figured Bitdefender should have stopped it or at least found it.
