Settings are not saved or respected in the new Password Manager

Options
Settings of the Password Manager are either not saved or respected. For example, I have selected "Disable login tab" on startup, but the login page continues to pop up when I open my browser. Other options such as "Make Bitdefender the default password manager" are not saved: the box is un-checked every time I open the settings panel (though I'm not sure what this option does).

Same thing I'm experiencing regarding the first issue. I haven't tried the other setting yet, "make BD the default."

Same issue for me. Even though "Disable login tab on startup" is selected in Settings, a new tab for login to password manager opens up each time I open a browser window.

New Password Manager is a big letdown compared to the Bitdefender wallet. Wish we could go back to that.

Hello @VishT and welcome to the Community!

I hereby confirm the "Remember Me" feature is work in progress and will become available with the next release.

The testing phase for the feature that will no longer require the login every time is scheduled to take place in the upcoming sprint this month. I do not have an estimated time for deployment, because this feature is also tied to the Safari extension. The developers have submitted their request to Apple and it is pending approval. As soon as Safari support becomes available for the Password Manager, they can move forward with the rest of the developments.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards.
