App I didn’t download is running 24/7

I got a notification on my IPhone SE 2020 that my screen time was up 68% from the week before, which was weird, and discovered an app that’s been running 24/7 since last Tuesday called “Ohio State”. This is really weird because I’m not an Ohio State fan - I didn’t (knowingly) install it and I don’t recognize it. It’s not showing up in Purchases or when I search for it on my phone. I did find an app that looked the same in the App Store but it doesn’t say I’ve downloaded it.

I’ve run the Bitdefender scan a couple of times but it hasn’t found anything. I checked my phone memory and it seems pretty full but I haven’t looked in awhile so I’m not sure if it’s suspicious. I did try to delete some large apps, downloaded podcasts, and pictures but it didn’t seem to increase the memory available.

I attached a screenshot of my screen time and the app info to this post. I went ahead and changed my Apple ID password but I’m not sure what else to do. I’m usually really good about being digitally safe and I don’t remember opening or downloading anything that wasn’t known so this is startling, to say the least 😳

Thanks for any suggestions for what to do/not to do!
