How to get SafePay user friendly

Some banks require a desktop app to release a financial transaction.

Sometimes you need to enter new data like IBAN, invoice number etc.

With Kaspersky it was so easy, you could have other windows beside the browser with the financial transaction and could transfer all necessary data user friendly to the browser. If there happens a mistake with transferring the data, a lot of money can disappear.

I could not find out how to do this with SafePay. Is there a way to get rid of this annoying full screen mode?

I think already to switch to another virus scanner software.

Hello.

Safepay opens ONLY in full screen.

You can't resize the window or even open Safepay in split screen.

Also, you can only switch between the Safepay full screen and the desktop screen.

Safepay is a pretty locked down environment, for these reasons and security benefits. But as far as what you're looking for, as Gjoksi79_ mentioned, it wouldn't allow you to do those things.

that means I can decide between a safe but user-unfriendly environment, that increases the chances of entering wrong data in financial transactions or a less safe but user-friendly environment, that helps me using correct data in financial transactions.

I'm not sure, if I'll stick with Bitdefender then, because other companies don't see it that black and white.

I understand. In your case, it's probably better for you to stick with what you know and will work for you and your needs. I don't want to discourage you from using one of the best AV's out there, Bitdefender, but you're doing some pretty intensive banking transactions.

Just adding my comment in hopes that Bitdefender might reconsider this issue. I also came from years with Kaspersky Safe Money which was much more user friendly. I need to do similar transactions as discussed by @Herbert14 but I can't use Bitdefender Safepay to do these very important tasks. The above problem, together with the inability to print to a PDF printer make Safepay completely unusable for me.
