Is the down? (update: Fixed)

because my internet security suddenly ask to renew my license. i'm pretty sure i still have my subscription day left. because i renew it last year.

if the central down. does it make my license go expired?

    I confirm, this is a known issue and our engineering teams are working on it.

    Even though the subscription appears as expired, the message is not accurate, as this is also being caused by the known issue.

    the website is down for me, too...

    but, the bitdefender central app for android works fine...

    There was a wave of restarts among services and they are steadily being fixed one at the time.

    The Central app is working on IOS as well for me.

  • Update: The engineers managed to fix the issue and everything should work in normal parameters.

    I confirm the Bitdefender Central website works fine, without any problems.
