Two factor authentication

Hello there! I'm new to Bitdefender and I really need the protection on my phone as it's been compromised many times. I'm trying to set up the two factor authentication and I dont know where I'm supposed to get the bitdefender QR code the suggested sites ask for? Thanks for any help with this:)

@Alexandru_BD forgot to mention that in the past some users had difficulties while logging with 2FA form e-mail:

I would personally advise you to use an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, Authy (i use Authy and never had any problems with the login to Bitdefender Central) etc.

When you use a "Two factor authentication" 2FA you should always backup your QR Code & equivalent CODE.

I have an example I can email if you respond to the post here. Plus, when you press "Continue" after the QR code you will be able to download a list of recovery codes as an additional backup.

As a final note: the way to recover your QR code is to inactivate from your existing 2FA app then reactivate. Otherwise you will need to contact support directly and provide proof you are the real owner of the account...
