I am using Mac Monterey 12.2.3. received a Manual removal requirement from BD into a private file.

"We identified a threat that needs to be manually removed.

Threat name: Exploit.CVE-2011-0979.Gen

Path: /private/var/folders/zz/zyxvpxvq6csfxvn_n00000b400002s/T/com.apple.OfficeImport_5088__682976772_1/E20z-MEL Smith.WJ6UNT.xls"

I have went into the file until file T, which will not allow changing password to progress to next folder. Can anyone assist on this issue?
