Advanced Threat Defense Preventing System Restore Creation
Hello,
Using Windows 11. First off, I must configure Protection On for the drive I want to create System Restore on.
Next, when I click on that drive under System Properties, Protection Settings, Create, I am able to enter a title of the restore point, such as the date. Then when I click on Create, the app fails shortly thereafter.
I next go to Advanced Threat Defense and click off the Advanced Threat Defense. I then go through the above routine, but when I click on Creat after giving it a title, the System Restore point is successfully created.
There is the option - Manage exceptions; but I do not know how to enter such an exception to allow creating a System Restore under System Properties, Protection Settings in Windows 11.
Would somebody kindly instruct to enter such an exception?
