Bitdefender Central Has Difficulty Recognising My Phone, Which Is Now Listed Twice
About a year ago I installed bitdefender central on my phone - which, at the time, had Avira for malware protection.
Since then, I've removed Avira and installed bitdefender. My phone is now listed twice in the list on bitdefender central: once as a Nokia 6.2 which has bitdefender installed, and once as an unknown unprotected device. How do I reconcile the two?

You need to remove the "unknown unprotected device" from your Bitdefender Central account, by following these steps:
That should solve the issue.
Also, ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account.
