impossibility to scan a second / external hard drive
Hi,
I tried to scan only a second / external hard drive and I saw some bugs.
I tried two method :
- By making a custom scan on an other drive → Bitdefender scanned my Windows drive (C:) and not my second hard drive.
- By using the right context menu (scan with bitdefender) → Bitdefender was scanning but no details appeared and the number of scanned items is blocked to 0 (see the screenshot) and in logs everything is empty.
Does anyone know how to scan a second drive ? Do you have the same bugs as me ?

There was no problem on my end. I'll post the images as sometimes they say more than I can. One was my WD Passport USB SSD, and the other a standard USB flash drive.
If needed, try a Repair/Reinstall from Apps or Control Panel, and see if that fixes it.
