Although I select Update Automatically in Settings, the button returns to the off position (perhaps after a reboot). This seems like a bug in the program. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

This could be a glitch, you can try the repair steps from this article and see if they fix the issue:
If the button still returns to the OFF position afterwards, then it will be necessary for the engineers to have a closer look at the device and you can get in touch with them by choosing one of the contact methods available here:
