I am unable to get a linkedin.com video event to play sound, using Chrome browser.

Bitdefender total security

Chrome is enables in Video & Audio Protection. Audio works with other services, such as youtube, etc., on Chrome.

Using my razer gaming headset. using windows 10 home, 64 bit

Ideas anyone?

    Try to disable webcam protection and microphone monitor and see if the behaviour of the video changes:

    Hello,


    Please check your extensions. Try to disable your browser extensions one by one, including the Bitdefender Antitracker, and see if that works. Please let us know if disabling BD AntiTracker solves your issue.


    If no extensions seem to be causing the issue, temporarily try turning off the "Encrypted web scan" setting in the interface - Protection - Online Threat Prevention.


    Lastly, even if seems obvious, please confirm that the video is not muted from the player and the chrome tab is not muted.
