BT Mobile Security Web protection Stops Working

I am using Android 12, and the web protection stops working without even showing any warning notifications . The accessibility service and the bitdefender app says its on and yet it doesn't work. This usually happens when the bitdefender app itself or the system accessibility service app updates . I have already excluded bitdefender from all battery optimisations.

    Hello @Sohan,

    One of the causes can be related to Battery Power Saving and Background usage limits in the Device care section in your menu.

    Let us know if you've tried the below steps provided by the engineers and if they fix the issue:

    Go to Settings->Select Battery and device care:

    In the new window, turn off Power saving and select Background usage limits:

    Here, turn off Put unused apps to sleep like shown in the below picture:

    Exit and Web Protection should work.

    Let us know how it goes.
