I Can Not Use BD Password Manager On Different PCs (Home And Office). Any Reason?
When I was using the 90-day trial of X, I was using it on both my home computer and my office computer. Even though it didn't work on sites like Twitter and Bloomberg, I decided to buy it. After I bought it, when I entered the master password on my home computer, it said wrong. I thought I couldn't remember it and asked for my account reset, but nothing changed. I still have the same problem. Support has not been able to solve it for a week.

Kindly contact the bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/ and scroll down to the bottom of the webpage where you can get in touch with support representative either by email, chat or over a call.
Alternativaely, you can also share your query with bitdefender support team by dropping them an email at bitsy@bitdefender.com
The support team will reply back to your query within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.

As per their response, kindly try to clear the cache for your browser on your PC, then check if the issue persists:
