BD Internet Security Stops CuteFTP Pro 9 From Starting. Any Ideas Why?

Just Installed Bitdefender Internet Security and it stops Cuteftp 9 from starting.

I have found firewall settings solutions for Bitdefender to allow Cuteftp but they are old from 2009. The current BD firewall settings are simpler now and I have added added BD firewall exceptions for the Cuteftp exe

Cuteftp will not start after adding the exceptions. Cuteftp starts fine when I uninstall Bitdefender and will not start when I reinstall Bitdefender.

I appreciate any help on this from the community.

Try to add the Cuteftp 9 .exe as an exception for the Advanced Threat Defense module and see if it helps:
