Bitdefender Firewall is allowing blocked connections
Per title, I have applications set to DENY but still see in notifications that a connection from the program was allowed.
I click to Deny under the application but upon system restart, the connection later shows again as allowed.
Can I stop this?
It seems to be a recent issue, never had such happen before. Occurring for maybe a month now.

The zip generated by bitdefender support tool is too large to email (>200mb).
Will they except OneDrive links?
