Issues With Parental Control. Any Help?

I have Bitdefender TS, i need to use Parental Control on our daughters Android Phone.

This always worked well, but now its not Monitoring the Apps and when the timelimit arrived, it does not block the phone from using apps.

In Bitdefender central everything is fine and the phone is there.

What can it be ?
