Are These Directories Created By Bitdefender?

Seeing the following directories/folders:

C:\ProgramData\atc

C:\ProgramData\gemma

Both are zero bytes and contain a directory/folder titled feedback.

Are these created by Bitdefender and related to the gemma and atc items within the program install directory?

  • What are they used for? I got two files in C:\ProgramData\Atc\Feedback (1DAB36D37C2B0D3_1_26804_notion_win_x64.tmp.bdet and 1DAB36D4395B9CD_2_26804_notion_win_x64.tmp.bdet) but they disappeared now.

Also, I had downloaded notion_win_x64.exe, opened it, got an error message from Windows that "your system lacks the virtual acceleration required", I pressed ESC on keyboard, not OK on error message. Seconds later, notion_win_x64.exe disappeared, but I have not gotten a notification from Bitdefender Total Security, that it e.g. was moved to quarantine. I wonder what's going on and am worried.

Thanks upfront for your timely feedback.

Atc directories looks like created by the ATC module, yes.
About notion_win_x64.exe, can you provide us some screenshots with the detection, quarantine, events ?
