Is There Any Way To Wake Up The Computer To Run Scans At 3AM When The Computer Is Asleep?

Bitdefender support says that Bitdefender can't wake the computer from sleep to run a scan. Is this true? Seems like a much needed enhancement.

I am seeing lots of discussions on this forum but no clear answer.

Is there any way to submit the Bitdefender Antivirus scan using Task Scheduler?

Or do I just need to guess how long the scan will take and run some other task that keeps my computer awake long enough for it to finish?

Bitdefender support is correct; there is no option to have Bitdefender wake the PC out of sleep mode, even with Task Scheduler to run a scan. The only option would be to create a Custom Scan to have the PC shut down (if no threats are found) after the scan is finished.

And the ability to choose the frequency and when a custom scan is run.
