I need a help to seperate a supscription, recently i has paid a new subscription and bitdefender automically add a new period on it, and i need to seperate this subscription.

I would get a hold of Support from the link below, Purchase and Manage Subscription and go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support box. You have three options, Chat, email and phone support, which is not toll-free. Chat is the quickest way the get things rolling.
