Bitdefender Toolbar Not Functioning in Thunderbird
I am using Thunderbird 102.14.0 (64-bit) and the Bitdefender toolbar is not functioning.
I am using Bitdefender Total Security Build: 27.0.16.86
In Thunderbird,
The buttons are also not working,
such as the "Mark message as spam" button, the "Not spam" button,
the "Add spammer" button, and the "Add friend" button. They are all not clickable, as if they are disabled.

1) Check Compatibility: Make sure that the version of Thunderbird you're using is compatible with the version of Bitdefender Total Security you have installed. Sometimes updates to either software can cause compatibility issues. Check the Bitdefender and Thunderbird websites for any official information on compatibility or updates.
2) Update Software: Ensure that both Thunderbird and Bitdefender are updated to the latest versions available. Outdated software can often lead to issues. Check for updates within both programs and install any available updates.
3) Restart Thunderbird: Sometimes, issues can be resolved by simply restarting Thunderbird. Close the program completely and then open it again to see if the toolbar and buttons start functioning again.
4) Disable and Re-enable Add-ons: In Thunderbird, the Bitdefender toolbar is an add-on. Try disabling the Bitdefender add-on and then re-enabling it to see if that resolves the issue. Go to "Tools" > "Add-ons" and manage your extensions from there.
5) Check for Conflicting Add-ons: Sometimes, other add-ons or extensions can conflict with each other and cause issues. Disable any other add-ons you have installed in Thunderbird and see if the Bitdefender toolbar starts working. If it does, you can try enabling each add-on one by one to identify the conflicting one.
6) Check Security Software Settings: Within Bitdefender Total Security, there might be settings related to Thunderbird's integration or functionality. Check Bitdefender's settings to ensure that Thunderbird is properly recognized as a trusted application and that its features are not being blocked.
7) Check Thunderbirds' Junk Mail Settings: The "Mark message as spam" and "Not spam" buttons are related to Thunderbird's built-in junk mail filtering. Ensure that Thunderbird's junk mail settings are properly configured and that it's not conflicting with Bitdefender's features.
