Unable to Login

Options

Just recently, I have been unable to login to Bitdefender Central. After I have entered username and password, I get a popup asking me to authorise changes to my computer. When I have entered the password, nothing happens. I can repeat the process but nothing happens and I cannot login. IMac late 2013. MacOS 10.13.6. I am posting this from my iPhone.
