Modifying the host file without interference from BD

Options

I want to add the following to my hosts file, but keep being hampered by BD that once reactivated proces to modify the back to having no entries. Sure I can block these at router level, but the hosts file should be accessible to power users. Anyone know how this can be allowed? I want BD to keep monitoring the file and prevent unauthorized changes, but I want to be the one to authorize or deny any changes.
