BitDefender blocking websites
Soo, kind of weird, until today, everything was ok, but when i tried to open my Yahoo mail, I got "Chrome can't safely access website" or something along these lines. I can't enter or do anything. However, when i disable: "Encrypted web scan" and refresh, it all works again.
May i please get some help? Also, I have the free version.
Best regards, Vlad Buga.

Hello.
My specs: OS Windows 10 Pro 22H2 x64 With Latest Windows Updates Installed; Installed On 18.01.2023; OS Build 19045.3636; Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0; BD Total Security 27.0.23.112; BD Password Manager 1.2.4 On Mozilla Firefox 119.0 x64; BD Password Manager 1.3.0 On Microsoft Edge 119.0.2151.44 x64; uBlock Origin 1.53.0 On Mozilla Firefox 119.0 x64; uBlock Origin 1.52.2 On Microsoft Edge 119.0.2151.44 x64
Just did a test on Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, and here are the results:
As you can see from the srceenshot, i have no problem accessing/opening Yahoo Mail.
Anyway, you could do the steps below.
First, take screenshot(s) of the issue,
create a log file on your Windows device using Bitdefender Support Tool, by following these steps:
and
create a connectivity log file, by following these steps:
Next, contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by e-mail:
with short description of the issue.
After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.
Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log files you already created in the first step.
Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue and find a solution to fix the issue.
Remember that the screenshot(s) and the log files will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue and finding a solution.
NOTE: If any of the log file is larger than 25MB, you can upload the log file here:
After the upload is done, you will get a notification with the file's URL and then you can share the file's URL with the Bitdefender Consumer Support.
Regards.

If you're still having problems after trying all of the above, you can try using a different browser to access Yahoo Mail. If Yahoo Mail works in a different browser, then the problem is likely with Chrome.
